Darlene Gorman is the
Founder and CEO of Dracut Children’s Center
Darlene's responsibilities are for the marketing and financial stability
of both Dracut Children's Center's I and II. Darlene is a hands on owner
who oversees the day to day operations of the centers and has 17
years of experience in the childcare field, both in the
classroom and in management. In 1993, she received her Director
II Certification from EEC (Department of Early Education & Care).
Darlene administers all Dracut Children's Center's regulations and policies
set forth by federal, state, and local agencies. She is responsible in
developing public relations advertising for the promotion of all
programs.

Tracy Jackson is the
Program Director of Dracut Children’s Center II
Tracy has been in
the Early Childhood Education for 18 years and along with an
Associates Degree in this field she is Director II certified by EEC (Department
of Early Education & Care). Her work experience has been
with infants, toddlers, preschool, and school age children.
Tracy has been with Dracut Children’s Center for 6 years.
Her responsibilities are for staff
interviewing, training and performing formal evaluations of all
teachers. She also oversees that the program is neat, clean,
organized, and maintained so that it projects a positive image
to the public. Tracy keeps interaction open using many avenues
of communication such as newsletters, parent news board, emails,
and one-on-one conversations during drop off and pick up. She
also participates in the developing of public relations
advertising for the promotion of our child care programs by
conducting personal tours of our facility. Tracy assists
in seeing that our program follows all state agency
requirements.

Tracey Doucette is the
Program Director of Dracut Children’s Center I
Tracey has 17 years of
experience in the childcare field. She has worked with infant,
toddler, preschool, and school age children. She has a
Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education and also is
Director II Certified by EEC (Department of Early Education &
Care). Tracey has been with Dracut
Children’s Center for 4 years.
Her responsibilities are for staff
