Darlene Gorman is the founder and CEO of Dracut Children's Center.  Her responsibilities are for the marketing and financial stability of both facilities.  Darlene is a hands on owner who oversees the day to day operations of the centers with 19 years of experience in the child care field.  She has worked both in the classroom and in management.  In 1993 she received her Director II certidfication from EEC (Depaetment of Early Education & Care).

Darlene is responsible for creating and maintaining monthly newsletters.

Darlene administers all Dracut Children's Center's regulations and policies set forth by federal, state, and local agencies. 


Tracey Doucette is the Program Director of Dracut Children's Center I.Tracey has over 20 years of experience in the child care field.  She has worked with Infants, Toddlers, Preschool, and School Age children.  Tracey has a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood and is also Director II Certified by EEC (Department of Early Education & Care).  Tracey has been with us for over 8 years.

Her responsibilities include staff interviewing, training, and evaluating. Tracey oversees that the program is clean, neat, organized, and maintained so that it projects a positive image to the public.  She keeps interaction open using many avenues of communication such as parent news boards, emails, and one-on-one conversations during drop off and pick up.  She also participates in the developing of public relations advertising for the promotion of our child care programs by conducting personal tours of our facility.

Tracey also oversees our program curriculum and assists in seeing that our program follows all state agency requirements. 


Tracy Jackson is the Program Director for Dracut Children's Center II.  Tracy has been in the Early Childhood field for over 18 years.  She has an Associates Degree in Early Childhood and she is Director II Certifited by EEC (Department of Early Education & Care).  Tracy has been with us for 10 years.

 

Her responsibilities include staff interviewing, training, and evaluating. Tracy oversees that the program is clean, neat, organized, and maintained so that it projects a positive image to the public.  She keeps interaction open using many avenues of communication such as parent news boards, emails, and one-on-one conversations during drop off and pick up.  She also participates in the developing of public relations advertising for the promotion of our child care programs by conducting personal tours of our facility.   Tracey also oversees our program curriculum and assists in seeing that our program follows all state agency requirements.

 


Our staff are passionate about each child's happiness and education.  They take great pride in planning their developmentally appropriate curriculum using lots of hands on activities that are both fun and educational. They continue to increase their knowledge in this field by attending local workshops and in-house training.  Of course safely is a priority for us so all of our staff have an annual background check.  They are also required to be certified in CPR and First Aide Training.
